The high-repetition nature of endurance training accumulates to high loads for our tissues- a lack of tolerance to which can create susceptibly to injuries. Our strength plans are tailored to address the unique demands of your sport, preparing your body to handle training loads, avoid injuries, and enhance performance.

OPTIMAL FUELING

Finally, we believe strongly in the power of optimizing fueling to build more resilience as an athlete, adapt to your training, and reach your performance goals. Our team includes a Registered Dietitian, Skylar Weir, who provides expert guidance on fueling strategies for pre, during, and post training and racing. She works with our athletes to reinforce positive relationships with food and your body, so you can excel in your training and racing, as well as strengthen your immune system, avoid gastrointestinal issues, prevent injury, and ultimately, create longevity in your chosen sport.
